Dr. Amy L. Scott Begins New OB/GYN Practice

Newport, AR (July 28, 2009) - Harris Hospital is proud to announce the addition of Amy L. Scott, M.D., Obstetrics & Gynecology, to the medical staff. Dr. Scott will begin her practice on Monday, August 3, 2009. Her office will be located along with Drs. Jackson and Jones in the OB/GYN Clinic next to Harris Hospital.

After receiving her medical degree from the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences, Dr. Scott completed her residency there as well. This Arkansas native recently received the Special Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures Award and has been very involved with professional organizations including the American College of Obstetrics and Gynelcology.
